Biological Energy was proudly awarded funding in the 76West Clean Energy Competition, one of the largest clean energy competitions in the world. 76West is funded by the New York State Research and Energy Development Authority (NYSERDA) with the goal of building clean energy businesses and jobs in New York State’s Southern Tier region.
Albany County Pilot Plant
Biological Energy has partnered with the Albany County Wastewater Treatment Plant to create a 1/5th scale pilot in their facility. The pilot is projected to save 750 mWh of energy and $8 million for the treatment plant over 20 years.
